Can someone please tell me what in the world was Sony thinking! The new Sony Playstation controller looks like a big oversized *you know what! Not only that, but the controller comes in magical colors that mirror the KY colors used in their latest advertising campaigns. This is worse than Apple’s iPad naming debacle. But wait…Could there be some sort of sick, twisted, correlation here? Could Apple and Sony both be trying to target a larger female demographic through sexual innuendos and subversive advertising techniques?
I think so. I think entertainment is grasping at straws. I think Apple doesn’t understand Nascar dads as much as Sony comprehends form factor. I find this disconnect with the major conglomerates who helped pioneer their relative niches, highly disturbing. Who or what IS connecting with people these days? Am I wrong?

Mountain Dew Throwback
Saturday, January 2nd, 2010Sarah and I were at a grocery store tonight and as always, upon checkout I grab a Diet Mountain Dew. I was in for a shock when there in the soda case was a 1950’s throwback of the original Mountain Dew logo!
So I just HAD to post the first Mountain Dew commercial. WOW!
